How long does it take to get my exchange/refund?

We do the best we can to process your return as fast as possible. But, returns are labor intensive especially when dealing with clothing. We have to inspect, re-fold and relabel every item. That being said we ask you allow us up to 7 days during our busy return seasons. Normally though your return will be processed within 48 hours. Credit card refunds can take up to 3 business days to post back to your account once the refund is initiated depending on your bank. Unfortunately we have no control over how fast the refund is posted once we processes the refund. Rule of thumb for returns is normally it takes 5 business days to receive your funds once we receive your return except for times like just after Christmas or Halloween, etc. Exchanges are normally processed within 2 business days and the exchange item sent out shortly afterwards.
