Flagged High Returns:
On rare occasions it is necessary for us to charge a restocking fee based on your return history. Unfortunately some customers abuse our return policy and do what is called wardrobing. This is the act of purchasing a product with the intent of returning after use. If we see a pattern of multiple large orders and high volume of returns under your account we may flag your account for high returns. If you have been flagged and feel it is in error please contact our customer support team.
