Rivithead return policy

At Rivithead we want to you to be happy with order and we understand that occasionally things just don't work out. If you do need to return your order please read through our return policy.

To return an item from your order please use the return authorization form to obtain a return number.

Return Period:
You may return your purchase for any reason for a full refund within 60 days of receipt.
Holiday returns: During the holiday season (Nov 1st - Dec 31st) returns and exchanges may be made within 90 days of receipt.

Non-returnable items:
Due to the nature of certain products and sanitation we can not accept returns for intimate apparel, earrings and makeup. We also can not accept returns for special made custom items.

Return item condition:
Returned items must be unworn (except for trying on) and in brand new mint condition, free of tears, smells, alterations, smudge marks, pet hair, etc. Original price tags and labels must not be removed and are required. Please be sure to return your item in the original packaging.

Items must be free of smells.
The most common smell that we get is cigarette smoke. Please refrain from smoking, putting on perfume, etc while trying on your item.

Pet Hair.
We love our furry companions here at Rivithead but, to save us time with your return please make sure your return items are free of their hair. Inspect the item before you return it and make sure it is free from hair. If we have to clean your return on arrival you will be given an option to pay a $5 cleaning fee or have the item returned to you at your cost.

Order cancellations:
Due to our commitment to process and ship orders as quickly as possible we can not cancel an order once the checkout process has been completed. Our warehouse is immediately notified and products pulled for shipment after checkout has been completed. Under certain circumstances orders may not be updated to the shipped status for 24 hours even though the order has shipped. This is due to time it takes UPS to update their system and send confirmation to our servers. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause but realize that the vast majority appreciate our fast shipping. If you are attempting to cancel a back order please use the link found in the back order email that you received. This is the fastest way to cancel any back order.

Returns: No restocking fee. Customer pays shipping charges.
Exchanges: No restocking fee. Customer pays shipping charges.
Refused/Return To Sender packages: 15% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping charges.
Flagged high return rate:(?) 15% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping charges.
Incorrect / Damaged Item Received at Rivithead's fault: No extra charge. Rivithead will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Rivithead will reimburse Standard ground shipping rates only. Please contact customer support before returning.

Shipping Instructions:
Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original Rivithead packaging if possible, if not please use durable shipping paper or a cardboard box.

Please do not tape or place labels directly on printed boxes. Shoe/printed gift boxes that are not covered will be refused and returned at your cost.

cod returns will be refused and sent back.
Rivithead is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
